Public and private non-profit 501(c)(3) entities, parent groups, community action agencies, community-based organizations, city/county/state government entities located in or within 30 miles of Troup County. Application must come from a 501(c)(3) organization with specific, defined fund usage, documented need, and demonstrated inability to secure alternative funding.
